Who We Are

The Professional Diaspora Nurses Foundation (PDNF) is a nonprofit organization committed to uniting Ghanaian and African diaspora nurses to elevate global healthcare through advocacy, education, and service. Founded by a coalition of diaspora nurses, PDNF exists to bridge the gap between global nursing excellence and healthcare needs in underserved communities, particularly across Ghana and other parts of Africa.

Our Mission

To empower and connect diaspora nurses to improve healthcare outcomes through collaborative service, leadership development, continuing education, and global outreach.

Our Vision

To be the leading network of diaspora nurses transforming healthcare systems in Africa and beyond, through innovation, education, and service.
